The Oraculi Trifecta
Coaching begins with three assessments: your Saboteur profile, your Character Strengths, and Introsight, Oraculi's own diagnostic combining introspection and insight.
Together they create a behavioural map that honours who you already are, rather than forcing change against your natural pattern. Everything after that is applied work, tracked in your own secure digital workbook between sessions.

- Can I work with Oraculi if I am based in the United States?
- Yes. Coaching is delivered virtually and scheduled around US time zones, from Eastern through to Pacific. The programme, assessments and client portal are identical to those used by clients elsewhere.
- Do you travel to the United States?
- In-person work in the US is arranged by invitation, typically for leadership team workshops, offsites or keynotes. Ongoing one-to-one coaching runs virtually.
- Which sectors do you work with?
- Hospitality, professional services, technology, real estate, healthcare, retail, energy and family-owned businesses. The frameworks are sector-agnostic; the application is not.
- How is this different from a US-based executive coach?
- An outside perspective. Working with a coach who sits outside your market means no shared network, no political overlap, and a genuinely confidential space, combined with international leadership experience across the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the US.
- What does it cost and how do I start?
